Looking for Accommodation?

• Because we list homes free of charge, and actively promote this service, we have the largest possible selection of homes for rent.
• We start by establishing a general profile of your needs and then assign your file with a client number (LOGIN) for your use. We can then supply you with information via phone, fax, email or printouts if you come in to see us.
• Remember we list lots of new rentals everyday so keeping in touch while you are looking is very important.
• If you are looking for your own home, our fee is $120
• If you are looking for a flatmate position, our fee is $60.
• Your subscription with Homeads is valid for you to use as many times as required until you make your selection up to 6 months and even if your first choice does not work out your file being valid for six months you can start again, should you need to look again.
• Please note Auckland and Wellington are full service offices with live support. All other centres are run as internet services but you can contact Auckland office on 09-5751662 or 0800 884422 from a landline if you need live assistance.
• Office hours are 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday, 10am-4pm Saturday

TXT Service (SMS Messages)

• Save time checking our site or your emails and have our system TXT you your home listings as they come in.
• $25 for 25 SMS messages
• $40 for 50 SMS messages
• $60 for 80 SMS messages
• If you use them all up and need more just purchase another allocation as required. Remember a significant number of new homes are listed each day. Therefore if your search parameters are very broad your message allocation may be used up very quickly. Please also be aware that some mobile phones have limited capacitiy to receive incoming SMS messages. In cases where your inbox has reached capacity the messages will be queued for despatch at Vodafone.

Email service option

• Are you too busy to check our site daily? For an additional $30.00 you can subscribe to our Property Updates by E-mail Service to receive new property listings at 7:00 AM or 4:00 PM daily. To stop receiving e-mails once you have located a suitable home, simply e-mail us or modify your Property Profile accordingly.

How to Join Homeads

• You can register with Homeads either in person at our office (eftpos is available) or over the phone or via email using one of the following credit or charge cards: Amex, MasterCard or Visa.
• You can make a direct deposit into our bank account (call for details)(If you copy and paste the confirmation page to us in an email when can activate same day rather than having to wait to see it on our account the next banking day). You can help us process your subscription quickly if you submit your details on the form after you select the "Join Today" link (to your left).

Payments Online

Our system processes credit cards in real-time using the DPS payment gateway. Credit card numbers are never seen by us, nor are they stored by our system.

For your security our site employs 128 bit SSL for all credit card transactions.
