What we do for you:

• Act as a buffer between you and your Tenants.
  
• Remind the Tenants of their responsibilities.
  
• Consult and advise on the right rental price for your property (we do a rental evaluation approximately every six months).
  
• Advise you on maintenance requirements.
  
• Detailed property inspection reports from the start of the tenancy (including a comprehensive photographic record). We also do a property inspection after the first month of the tenancy, and then three monthly thereafter. Copies of all inspection reports are sent to you.
  
• Prepare professional tenancy agreements.
  
• Organise bond payments and releases.
  
• Screen prospective Tenants thoroughly, then discuss details with you to ensure you approve of the prospective Tenants and tenancy terms.
  
• Collect, monitor and disburse rental payments.
  
• Represent you at the tenancy tribunal should this ever be required.
  
• Prepare and check inventories and schedules.
  
• Give you peace of mind that your investment is well cared for.
