- Detailed property inspection reports from the start of the tenancy (including a comprehensive photographic record). We also do a property inspection three monthly thereafter. Copies of all inspection reports are sent to you.
- Prepare professional tenancy agreements.
- Organise bond payments and releases.
- Screen prospective Tenants thoroughly, then discuss details with you to ensure you approve of the prospective Tenants and tenancy terms.
- Collect, monitor and disburse rental payments.
- Represent you at the tenancy tribunal should this ever be required.
- Prepare and check inventories and schedules.
